The first thing to highlight from my time at Vision Care (Johnson & Johnson ) , is my ability to learn very quickly, in a completely new market for me, where I not only had to learn quickly about the product , competition , customers and consumers , but also , I had to get my head around all the legal restrictions for this type of product . Also all the different Procedures it had to pass both internally and externally, for not only the multiple campaigns , but also for the different communications.

 

The biggest success was the challenge I had to face due to the circumstances at that time which meant that for a few months I had to take care directly together with the MarketingDirector of all the campaigns we had going on as well as to continue planning future campaigns .

 

Despite my junior role, for several months working closely with the Marketing Director, I assumed senior responsibilities which where beyond my position and still managed to bringup successful results that met the goals set and all the campaigns went live on time My organizational skills, my ability to work with a team as well as with different departments, and my great sense of responsibility helped me to assume much greater responsibilities than the ones my role required and to make successful decisions
