There were several occasions during the period when I worked in Osborne , where I felt very satisfied and happy with the challenges I achieved . One of RDM’s main characteristics is her ability toface challenges and come out on top of them.

 

The main thing I would highlight from my time at the Trade Marketing Department of Solan de Cabras, is that RDM was an important asset on ensuring that all the department’s objectives were met. Thanks to our problem-solving ability,motivation and organisation, we managed to cover many actions simultaneously for the different range of products we had in Solan de Cabras . Both at Food and Hospitality by solving all the different contingency actions.

 

One of our biggest success was to decrease the number of incidents on actions taken at the point of sale with Fruta Esencial. Thanks to daily monitoring , the organisation both internally and with the different departments of the company as well as with other external parties of the company involved in the process , We managed to make a very complicated action a great success. Besides, thanks to my dedication and involvement , we also managed to get more support for the sales team on an ongoing basis, streamlining many aspects of the teamwork with the Trade Commissioner.

 

Thanks to this good work environment , we acquired a better knowledge of the retail outlet , and greater feed back From the traders, becoming one of the biggest lessons I got from my time at Osborne.

 

Teamwork between Marketing, Trade Marketing and Business is essential to achieve the objectives of the company. Although the objectives of each of the different departments do not always coincide , teamwork undoubtedly helps to achieve the common objective
